Cole is a seasoned I.T. professional with over 20+ years of experience.
- As VP of software development for 10 years (in a work for hire role) servicing PerformRX and AmeriHealth Cole provided and led offshore teams in the development of MTM, Coverage, Rules AI solution sets. Managed 25 production servers, supporting over 1000 users, provided for production support, deployments, and hot patches. Cole achieved Surescripts certification in ePA for his client, with AI rules integration for response sets sent to providers. Extensive experience with Prior Authorizations, Medical Therapy Management, Specialty Pharmacy.He started his career working for Microsoft Australia, was promoted to the Microsoft Institute for Microsoft Region travelled Asia (Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietname and Hong Kong) extensively for Microsoft training Premier Partners and presenting the latest Microsoft technology stacks to large audiences. Windows, SQL Server and multiple development languages including C++, VB, Visual FoxPro and C#He has been a speaker at the Microsoft Global Summit in Seattle, Product Launches for consumers and Developer Conferences – MS Tech Ed. multiple times Sydney and Melbourne and was the Managing Director’s Employee of the Month in Microsoft Sydney. After leaving Microsoft, he was highlighted as a "Mover and Shaker" by the Sydney Morning Herald. He then designed the database infrastructure for the Victorian Electoral Commission, which included 55 SQL Servers to deliver live State Election results. He rejoined Microsoft, lived in Asia, and founded YSMOS (Your Success Means Our Success) in Malaysia, where he collaborated with the Malaysian Electoral Commission, Western Digital, and Toyota. In 2002, he established YSMOS in the USA and managed the business across Asia and the US. He sold the Malaysian branch in 2006 and transitioned into IT consulting. Recognized as the CEO’s outstanding employee of the quarter at Alliance Global Services, he subsequently took on roles as an Architect and Developer for CHOP, Sears Rebates, and Merrill Lynch. His engagements have included work with Judge, Alliance Global Systems, and Annexinet, where he was awarded by Reed Technologies for his significant project contributions. His experience also spans West Pharmaceuticals, DST Health, Bank of America, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (Delaware). As VP of Software Development, he has led multiple teams, both onshore and offshore, to meet client and product needs.His roles have varied from Architect to Development, from Business Analyst to Project Management – often combining one of more in a single engagement.
